We ALWAYS recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first visit in order to get your home prepared for ongoing maintenance.

Deep Cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside of cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and extra time for the tub/shower(s)

Heavy Duty cleaning is for those homes that need more than a deep ie. bathroom discloration, if your home has no water or light , needs organization , this will be added.

Move in/Move out cleanings include full deep cleaning of residence, as well as inside cabinets Fridge, Oven & drawers. Home needs to be empty of furniture and trash

We do NOT provide Post Construction Cleanings
Chayil Cleaning does have the right to alter add ons and adjust the booking if necessary ; but will give an understanding of reason, if changes will be made.

Hourly service does not include customer guarantee. If areas need extra work you will be required to extend the booking time or help the cleaner prioritize your requests.
